Adult acne?

a few months ago I had very little breakouts now that it is getting cold and I am not tanning my face is drying and I am breaking out like crazy all over my chin area and I look horrible what do I do. I was my face once in the morning and once at night. I try to switch my products I use saint ives scrub, Noxema cleanser, clinique face wash and clinique astringent. I also use an oil free moisturizer at night. What can I do without making a trip to the dermetologist? I am currently uninsured and can't be hit with a big bill before christmasAdult acne?
