Anyone have good treatments ideas for adult body acne?

I am a 33 yr old female (no kids) and have been suffering from body acne for years...my back, behind, bicep area on arms, most recently sides of my thighs leading up to bum area. They are red, and deep, and scar. I am so tierd of it...

I am not a candidate for accutane, I have very good hygiene, I am healthy...eat right etc...and don't lead a stressful life...so what gives??

Could I be deficient in something??

Any help/ideas would be appreciated...! thanks!

if you crush up a couple of 325mg Aspirin (must be Aspirin, nothing else) tablets and mix with a few drops of water, then apply directly to your effected areas of your face, and leave it on, you will start to see a change in 1 - 2 hours.Anyone have good treatments ideas for adult body acne?
Water with baking soda but not to much water make sure it turns into a paste like substance and use it three times a day for about a week and it will go away.
replace your water with distilled water- ten cups a day, take apple cider vinegar, eliminate false sugar sources, organic food and get some sun, No drugs required- no sunscreen either- absorb that sun!!
Have you spoken with a doctor about possible antibiotics to help resolve this condition?

Maybe helpful.

Good Luck
Go to the bathroom 3 times or more a day is a good way.
use a body wash with scrubbing micro beads. it always helps my husband
Pimples or acne can be treated very well with regular treatment. It is a common occurrence at a young age due to the sudden spurt in hormonal levels which increase oil production in the skin.

A course of treatment spread over 8-12 weeks provide excellent clearing of the eruptions. Occasionally some girls suffer from a condition called PCOD or Polycystic Ovarian Disease which makes treatment difficult. Tablets containing Isotretinoin (Accutane in the US and Sotret / Isotroin in India) are helpful in such cases although they should not be taken by girls without medical supervision. Minocycline or Doxycycline tablets too help.

There are several gels and creams containing Clarithromycin (Acnesol-CL gel / Crixan in India. ), Clindamycin ( Clindac-A, Clingard, Faceclin ) and Benzoyl Peroxide (Benzac AC/Pernex AC) which help to clear pimples. Tretinoin (Retino A), Adapalene (Adaferin) and glycolic acid (Glyco A) fades scars as well.

Also there are some chemical peel treatment which some doctors do for stubborn scars. The end result is quite good in most cases if the patient is truly patient.

For best results visit your doctor regularly and avoid applying moisturisers or undergoing facial cosmetic treatments
