What is the major cause of cystic acne in adults and how can it be curtailed?

i think stress and anger cause itWhat is the major cause of cystic acne in adults and how can it be curtailed?
I`m not too sure what causes it, but I`m thirteen and I have a cyst right next to my nose... :( lol. My one has to be cut out, I`ve had it all year, but that`s just me. I don`t know if yours go away by themselves, but mine certainly didn`t.





I`m not sure if you can stop them coming though. I don`t have a clue how mine got here. Talk to your GP and see what he thinks.
