As a teenager I didn't have acne, however as an adult I breakout on my chin from stress occiasonally.?

I use excellent skin care products and know that these are not causing the pimples. Still, should I switch products? What about Proactiv? The breakouts aren't bad, but considering I have never dealt with it I am unsure what to do.As a teenager I didn't have acne, however as an adult I breakout on my chin from stress occiasonally.?
please dont even bother with pro active! Breakouts on the chin, sides of the mouth %26amp; jawline are almost always caused by hormones. No skin care will stop these coming up as it is an internal cause. If you are on the contraceptive pill ask your dr. to change your pill to something that will also help balance out hormones for your skin. Here in australia 'dianne' is the one which usually helps the most.

Drinking plenty of water, having soy in your diet and exercising will also help. If the blemishes tend to spread it just means you are touching them and creating bacterial infections on the skin, so you need to not touch and some topical ';spot treatments'; may help. Something with a very mild benzoyl peroxide or zinc will help to kill bacteria and heal the area quicker, but only use on the spot. Hope that helpsAs a teenager I didn't have acne, however as an adult I breakout on my chin from stress occiasonally.?
Proactiv has always worked for me
they would be hormonal. go and see a GP. or i suggest a natropath. pimples on the body are all related to different things. females get them around their mouth when stressed and men get them on their cheeks and jaw bone. all different places. you might even wanna try researching it.
Before you switch products, try these tips and see if your chin clears up. First of all, keep your phones clean. The bacteria on them can often cause breakouts on your chin. You can use a disinfecting wipe and it works perfectly. Also, when you brush your teeth, try not to let the toothpaste get out of your mouth and onto your chin. The ingredients can cause acne on your chin.

If after trying these tips your chin breakouts haven't disappeared or gotten better, try an alcohol free toner that absorbs oil like Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent before you put on make up and also at night before bed.
breakouts on the chin are hormonal..... i suggest trying a birth control like ortho tri cyclin that will help the hormonal balance, and then spot treat with a good product like bioelement's brat out control..
